Partner Search Requests
A name, place, or other term entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Crook County Released Inmates does not store or log those query terms on its own systems. The partner receives the request and processes it under that provider's privacy terms.
Messages Sent to Us
When you send an email or a message through a contact form, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. A message may include your name, reply address, and any details you choose to provide. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Technical Visit Data
Web servers and service providers may record basic technical facts when a page loads. This data supports site operation, traffic measurement, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse. It may include:
- Your internet protocol address.
- The browser name and version used for the visit.
